Inside the Ibiza Bay Hotel in the bay of Talamanca, is the exclusive Nobu restaurant, which presents a very special menu for this fall.
Omakase is comprised of a sashimi tasting house seal: jalapeño yellowtail, salmon tartare with caviar and white fish ‘tiradito’.
Following these delicious delicacies, a chef’s selection of nigiris and sushi, followed by a tomato and avocado salad with Matsuhisa sauce.
Then a black cod Sakyo Miso and a veal sirloin. And finally, a fabulous dessert.
All this accompanied by a special proposal of drinks, such as the lychee & elderflower martini, mia margarita and white house wine. The fusion Japanese cuisine perfectly represents the lifestyle of Ibiza Bay.
The restaurant is open every day from 8 pm.
